If I was a social scientist, I would be an archeologist. Archeologists go on expeditions to places like Egypt or Rome. They make a grid around the site where they are digging and each digger digs in one of the squares of the grid. If the find something they have a wide variation of tools from paintbrushes to spades. archeologists also have special ways of estimating the age of an object. The reason I would like to be an archeologist is the joy and pride that finding a new artifact brings and also having the pleasure of flying around the world and diggin' in the dirt. But not all archeologists go into grids and dig, some of them only inspect artifacts found on expeditions, and estimate value, age, and if it is in good enough condition to go to a museum or not. They also try to figure out what an artifact might be, like a pot or vase. Not only that but they must also figure out what type era of humans possessed the artifact, like the Egyptians or the Greeks. That is why I would like to be an archeologist.
