My First Blog

1. First, introduce yourself. Write a brief paragraph about who you are and where you are from.

My name is Mike and I come from Uvea which is an island in French Polynesia. I enjoy paintball and video games. I was born in the U.S. And  have lived overseas my whole life. Currently I am in ISKL in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.

2. What are the last three books you have read? (Include authors names please!)

The 39 clues books 2,3, and 4
by:Gordan Korman, Peter Lerangis, and Jude Watson.
The Story is about Amy and Dan Cahill. Two ordinary kids turned into treasure hunters trying to trace their roots after they discovered that the Cahill family has included some of the most famous people in history. 

3. What is the last movie you have seen?

Green Zone. An Iraq war thriller that is about a captain in the marine core trying to find weapons of mass destruction. (some content may be disturbing caution is advised)

4. What is one academic goal you have for this year?

To  get a good grade in math which is my personal weak spot. I have always been good in things like reading, writing, and things that require creativity like art, music, and drama, but math will probably be my achilles heel forever.

5. What is one social goal you have for this year?

To help out my friends when they need it. A lot of my friends do stuff that needs more than one person to get the job done, like chores or finding lost belongings and lending an extra 50 cents for lunch, and is what I want to help with.

6. What is your favorite vacation memory?

Hunting on Uvea with my dad and brother. Hunting is a great way to get food on the table. Especially on an island like Uvea. They only have a few stalls for veggies and rice. Very fun too.
