I would like my life to be decided by myself because if someone else decided my life, you may end up in a place you do not want to be in, or with someone you did not want to be with. You could decide everything you wanted to, and to have someone control your life and choices would basically turn you into their puppet.

If my whole future was to be decided by others, I would not like that. It would be like a video game and the people who decided your future would be the players. It would be like the Sims. It would be like a mystery. everyday you would wake up wondering what you would be told to do that day, life would have a new mystery everyday. And it may be that the people deciding your future might use you for their own good, like making you do their work. But what if you had the power to control them?

It might be that the world would turn out to be like it was many years ago and sadly still is, Slaves, inequality and other things. If someone is given too much power they will rise above the others and would probably end up ruling them one way or the other. For the better or worse we wouldn't know, It would depend on the person. Usually what might seem like a good conclusion can always backfire or be expanded for the better.
