This is my project on Senusret the 1st. Art, Craftsmanship, Trade and architecture flourished during his reign. i think that this video is great. There is still some room for improvement, but at least we got the important stuff done. That to me, is the most important thing. getting the facts down.

I think that the Egyptians created monuments to honor and themselves or to worship their gods.

I think that the obelisk in washington D.C. most reflects egyptian life. I beleive that obelisks were supposed to be something that the Egyptians used to communicate with the gods. There isa pic. up top with the obelisk in it.

Using google docs helped because since its online you can and your partner can work together at the same time on the same document.

Through out this whole assignment i learned about a pharoh i never knew existed. I learnt that he was a prolific builder and built many monuments, barricades and cities for the people of Egypt. Art and culture flourished during his regin and he seemed to be a great ruler to me.

the thing that challenged me the most was making the imovie. I had trouble following the script and putting the movie together but all in all, i think that it was well done.

I think i had to communicate effectively and collaborate constructively to work and talk to my partner. Those are the school wide learning results that were evident in this project.
